“Last night, I went to FastMed for severe GI symptoms. I arrived 30 minutes prior to them closing. I was back in an exam room within 20-25 minutes, I was treated not 10 min after that. Since I was so sick at that point, I forgot my ID but they worked with me and checked me in. From the beginning, it was clear that their only goal was to make me feel better. Despite being past the end of their shift, they had me wait for 15 min after receiving an injection to make sure it would work. In that time, the nurse brought me a fan to help me feel better. I never felt rushed, the staff was accommodating and understanding of the situation, the PA listened to me and treated me very well. About an hour ago, I received a follow-up phone call to see how I was feeling (much better for the record!). I am a bit surprised to see so many negative reviews because although this was only my second visit to FastMed, personally, I have not experienced any of the issues other patients seem to have encountered. I believe this to be a stand-up organization that offers a significantly more pleasant experience that a hospital ER can and I applaud the efforts made to get me back on track!”

“The girls at the front worked quickly to get me in and I was out of there within 30 min. There wasn't a wait but the PA was super nice and I was happy with the service I received! Much better than CMC Urgent Care.”
