If you are traveling on US 54-N, take exit 31 toward El Paso County 3255/Martin Luther King Jr Blvd/Kenworthy St. You will then merge onto Gateway N Blvd. and turn right onto Kenworthy St. The MedPost Urgent Care center will be on your right.
