the receptionist is honest about how long it will take to get in to see the NP, PA, or Dr. It makes it easy so you don’t sit and wait for hours like an emergency room. They tell you right away what they can and can’t do and send you to the nearest emergency room if they can’t treat you. Plus, everyone there is exceedingly nice and caring.

The 3 people I dealt with were very kind and caring right from the beginning to the end. Everything was explained to me in detail. I am very hard of hearing and they made sure I understood. I was very impressed and glad to know Carespot is just down the road from me. The place was very clean and not noisy and crazy. I am unable to see a Doctor until Sept or Oct. Due to Covid. I have tried 4 different doctors. This is crazy! And Central Florida is full of hospitals and doctors especially Advent Health. I have already recommended this Carespot to friends. Thank you for serving our community.
