I was seen quickly and efficiently

The dr would not let me speak of my symptoms only wanted to test for COVID or write me a note to go back to work or my ultimate favorite line he used repeatedly after I would say a word “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?”. I finally got fed up and stated he was not interested in my health and only wanted to write me a note so I can leave. Told him to do so so I can leave and go elsewhere, he yelled “you can go back to work tomorrow” as he was leaving the room. If he would have listened he would have be able to pinpoint my issue, which was all of my underlying issues were having a flare up and all medications were fighting one another causing my migraines and worsened nausea. My medications needed to be adjusted, but instead I was forced out of the office with only a note to assist me with my health concerns. La Quinta MedPost continues to have DRs who do not care for the well-being of those who walk in. I also had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time (not another single patient in sight), was told although I listed multiple issues I would only be seen for one so “which one will it be”. I get the pandemic, but does my health really have to be dismissed like that??? Also, the staff really shouldn’t talk about other patient’s test results in front of other patients – names and results were included in the conversation I overheard.

Doctor could not diagnose me, I had Covid-19. The doctor wanted to send me home with a ventilator, prescribed me flu medication and an inhaler, no follow up.

I got an injection that has caused me more damage and pain than what I came in for. I didn’t even need the injection and now my nerve is damaged.

Keep doing the same thing. If ever needed I would return to this facility.

Billing is handled easily. Doctors are knowledgeable and friendly.

I had to come back and get copy of prescription to take to va pharmacy. That they could fax anything to va. But my primary health care physician recommended me go to yall in support of veterans.

The front desk lady is very very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go there because she could ruin there day by being disrespected
