In Apopka, we are located at 3840 East State Road 436, Suite 1000. To help people living in Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, and Zellwood, we treat a wide range of health concerns with same-day urgent care appointments.
Our Apopka clinic is situated in a strip mall and next to the 7-Eleven gas station. We are also near Fire Station 13 and Starbucks. You can easily find us between Bank United and TD Bank. We’re just across the street from Publix and diagonally across from Advent Health Altamonte Springs Hospital.
For your convenience, there is a parking lot in front and at the side of our building. To accommodate our Apopka patients, our clinic offers wheelchair access, bathroom bars, and a wheelchair for use.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Apopka CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Apopka urgent care center. If you are experiencing an emergency or a life-threatening illness, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room.
Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Apopka CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Apopka CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Apopka urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
