Our Ocoee clinic also regularly treats people who live in nearby Winter Garden and elsewhere in Orange and Lake counties. We’re in a conveniently located strip mall near Papa John’s Pizza, King Smoothies, Qdoba, and Popeye’s Chicken.
There is a parking lot in front of our clinic, so you can park anywhere you find a spot and head right in to check in with our front desk staff. To accommodate the needs of our Ocoee patients, we’ve ensured that our local clinic is wheelchair accessible.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Ocoee CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Do you accept my insurance?
Our Ocoee urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Ocoee urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Ocoee CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Ocoee CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Ocoee urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
