If in need of care, you can easily find our clinic at 4895 East Bay Drive, Unit 120. We are located within the Shoppes at East Bay, next to Raising Cane’s, Habit Burger, and Fifth Third Bank. Other businesses in the Publix Tri City Plaza are also near our clinic.
You can find plenty of parking in the front and back of our clinic building. We have a wheelchair available if you need help getting into and out of our clinic. Our facility is also wheelchair-accessible with bathroom bars and other safety features.
At this clinic, we gladly welcome walk-in patients and those who have scheduled ahead online. At our East Largo clinic, we make it easy to simply walk in for care when you need it most and to schedule a same-day or future appointment on our website or by phone.

Our East Largo CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Do you accept my insurance?
Our East Largo urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our East Largo urgent care center. If you are experiencing an emergency or a life-threatening illness, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room.
Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our East Largo CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the East Largo CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our East Largo urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
