CareSpot Urgent Care of East Kissimmee is a walk-in clinic that also takes same-day and future appointments that you book online or by phone. Our East Kissimmee clinic is one of our many locations throughout Florida.
We are pleased to treat patients in the East Kissimmee neighborhoods and are located at 2306 East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Whenever you need care for a non-life-threatening illness or injury, you can easily find our clinic near Publix, Quest, China King, CVS, Wing Stop, Subway, Chipotle, Coast Dental, Wendy’s, and Mavis Tires & Brakes.
For your convenience, we have a parking lot in front of our building, as well as plenty of parking all around our clinic. Keeping your safety and comfort in mind, our clinic is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp, bathroom safety bars, and a wheelchair available for patient use.
Our new clinic is conveniently located for patients who live in Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Poinciana, and Buena Ventura Lakes. Wherever you live in the East Kissimmee region, you can always rely on us when you’re not feeling well.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our East Kissimmee urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our East Kissimmee CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the East Kissimmee CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our East Kissimmee urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
