CareSpot’s Jacksonville Mandarin clinic is one of several Jacksonville, Florida clinics we operate. We have urgent care centers across the state of Florida and convenient locations to help you when you’re not feeling well.
Our Jacksonville Mandarin clinic is located at 12303 San Jose Boulevard in Jacksonville. In this clinic, we also regularly see patients who live in nearby Fruit Cove.
You’ll find our clinic in a stand-alone building on San Jose Boulevard and next to Don Juan’s Mexican restaurant. There is a wheelchair-accessible ramp and parking available to accommodate our local Jacksonville customers. Our parking lot is right in front of our clinic’s front door and has convenient spaces for your vehicle.
If you live in Duval or St. Johns County, remember CareSpot Urgent Care – Jacksonville Mandarin whenever you or a loved one is feeling sick or injured. We are a walk-in clinic in Jacksonville and also offer same-day urgent care appointments.
However, we go above and beyond the standard urgent care offerings and can help you with wellness checks and occupational health needs, too. What are your hours of operation?
Our Mandarin CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Do you accept my insurance?
Our Mandarin urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Mandarin urgent care center. If you are experiencing an emergency or a life-threatening illness, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room.
Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Mandarin CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Mandarin CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Mandarin urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
