CareSpot Urgent Care of Port St. Lucie is a walk-in clinic that also takes same-day and future appointments booked online or by phone. We have many clinic locations throughout Florida, so you can be treated close to home when you’re feeling unwell.
In Port St. Lucie, our urgent care clinic is located at 784 East Prima Vista Boulevard. Our clinic is conveniently right off the corner of U.S. 1 and Prima Vista Boulevard.
In this clinic, we also regularly see patients who live in nearby Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Okeechobee. Floridians throughout St. Lucie County trust us with their medical care when they need to see a doctor quickly and affordably, with no hassles or long wait times.
You’ll find a parking lot in front of our clinic building for your convenience. Park anywhere you like and come on in – no appointment is necessary. Our Port St. Lucie clinic is wheelchair accessible with bathroom bars and a wheelchair available if you need one for transport from your vehicle.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Port St. Lucie urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Port St. Lucie CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Port St. Lucie CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Port St. Lucie urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
