CareSpot Urgent Care of St. Augustine is a walk-in clinic that also takes same-day and future appointments booked online or by phone. St. Augustine is one of our many clinic locations in Florida and a community we are pleased to be a part of.
Our St. Augustine clinic is located at 2095 U.S. Highway 1 South. We are in a free-standing building, next door to Walgreens, and across the street from Flagler Hospital.
If you are in need of care, you can easily find our clinic and find a spot in our stand-alone parking lot. We have a wheelchair ramp, safety bars in the bathrooms and a wheelchair available if you need transport into our clinic.
At this clinic, we gladly welcome walk-in patients and those who have scheduled ahead online. At our St. Augustine clinic, you can walk in for care when you need it most or schedule a same-day or future appointment on our website or by phone.
In addition to St. Augustine-based patients, we also regularly see patients who live in nearby Palm Coast and elsewhere in St. Johns and Flagler counties.
Many X-rays and lab tests are available onsite in our St. Augustine clinic. Our goal is to make urgent care in St. Augustine quicker, easier, more convenient, and more affordable than ever.
Additionally, we offer wellness checks to help you be proactive about your health with immunizations and in-house screenings. CareSpot offers comprehensive solutions for employers to maximize employee health and productivity. To accommodate your busy workday, our online registration system gives you and your employees easy scheduling options, treatment authorization, results reporting, and streamlined billing.
As an in-network provider for most workers’ compensation insurance plans, we offer health exams, lab services, and X-rays during extended, after-work hours. This center also provides physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, and vaccinations, helping you maintain a safe, healthy workforce. This CareSpot location offers immunizations and travel medicine.

What are your hours of operation?
Our St. Augustine CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our St. Augustine urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our St. Augustine CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the St. Augustine CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our St. Augustine urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
