Do you accept my insurance?

Our Wellington / Royal Palm Beach urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?

We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Wellington / Royal Palm Beach urgent care center. An appointment is not necessary to visit our Wellington / Royal Palm Beach CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.

What do I need to bring when visiting the Wellington / Royal Palm Beach CareSpot urgent care center?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Wellington / Royal Palm Beach urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
