We provide services for walk-in urgent care in Pembroke Pines and also take urgent care appointments scheduled in advance. We’re conveniently located at 18203 Pines Boulevard and also regularly see patients who live in nearby Miramar, Weston, Cooper City, and Northwest Ranches.
You can easily find our clinic in a shopping plaza along with Publix, BOA, Banfield, and Goodwill. We’re also right across the street from Super Walmart.
When you arrive at CareSpot Urgent Care of West Pines, you may park anywhere you like in our parking lot and come right in without an appointment. Alternatively, you can schedule a same-day or future appointment on our website or over the phone.
To accommodate the needs of our local customers, we offer wheelchair-accessible parking and access with a ramp. We also have a wheelchair you’re welcome to use, safety bars in our bathrooms, and a baby changing table.

Our West Pines CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our West Pines urgent care center. An appointment is not necessary to visit our West Pines CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the West Pines CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our West Pines urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
