Among our many clinic locations across Florida is our Jacksonville Westside clinic. We have multiple Jacksonville clinics to make accessing medical care quicker and more convenient than ever before.
Our Jacksonville Westside clinic is located at 5964 Normandy Boulevard. We are within a strip mall complex, but in a stand-alone building. If in need of care, you can easily find our clinic near Ellianos, Tire Kingdom, Planet Fitness, and McDonald’s.
We often have patients travel to our urgent care Jacksonville Westside clinic from various parts of Jacksonville, Middleburg, Oakleaf, Orange Park, and Bryceville. We have a parking lot right outside for your convenience. For your safety, we also have a wheelchair-accessible clinic with a ramp, bathroom bars, and a wheelchair available if you need one.
Duval and Clay County residents rely on our Jacksonville Westside walk-in clinic when they are suffering from non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, but don’t want a long ER wait. What are your hours of operation?
Our Westside CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Do you accept my insurance?
Our Westside urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Westside urgent care center. If you are experiencing an emergency or a life-threatening illness, please call 911 or visit your local emergency room.
Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Westside CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Westside CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Westside urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
