Our Jacksonville Southside clinic is located at 8705 Perimeter Park Boulevard, Suite #2, in Jacksonville. You can easily find our walk-in clinic in the complex next to Acadian Health.

For your convenience and safety, there is a parking lot right outside our clinic. If you need a wheelchair for transport to your vehicle to our clinic, we have one available.

We are a walk-in clinic in Jacksonville where you can get treatment for the flu, sprains, cuts, burns, and many other injuries and illnesses. However, you can also make an appointment for care on our website or by calling our Jacksonville Southside staff.

Our Southside urgent care center has negotiated insurance contracts with most major plans. If your plan is not in-network, we offer affordable self-pay rates for services. We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Southside urgent care center. An appointment is not necessary to visit our Southside CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.

Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Southside urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
