When you need care, you can easily find our clinic at 4450 Florida 7, #1, right at 441 and Wiles. We are located in front of Home Depot, next to McDonald’s, and across the street from Super Target. For your convenience, we have parking available in the front and back of our building.

What are your hours of operation?
Our Coconut Creek CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Coconut Creek urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Coconut Creek CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Coconut Creek CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Coconut Creek urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
