Eric Enderle

Eric Enderle

President & CEO

Eric joined CareSpot in September 2011 and boasts a diverse background in healthcare with almost 20 years of experience. Prior to 2016, Eric served as chief operating officer for CareSpot. During this period CareSpot grew from operating solely in Florida with 32 locations to expanding into five states with 57 locations and also cultivated joint venture relationships with five large hospital systems. In the past Eric also served as vice president of development at Renal Advantage, where he led the efforts for new center growth, mergers and acquisitions, and the integration of new centers into existing operations – growing the business from 70 to 160 locations across 28 states. He also served as Vice President at Ardent Health Services, where he provided advisory services on emergency room operations, including work flow issues, and acquisition and divestiture initiatives. Prior to Ardent Health Services, Eric was Vice President of the healthcare investment banking division at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Dan Murphy

Chief Financial Officer

Dan Murphy serves as Chief Financial Officer for CareSpot, leading the accounting, financial reporting, internal control, revenue cycle and billing operations for the Company. Prior to joining CareSpot, Dan served in the audit and advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC) in New York City, Denver, and Jacksonville, Fla. offices. In that role, he was responsible for financial statement audits, valuations and internal control reviews for public and private companies in various industries, including healthcare. Dan earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and Master of Accounting at the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen joined CareSpot as Chief Development Officer in January 2016 and brings with him more than a decade of diverse healthcare experience. Prior to joining CareSpot, Stephen was Chief Development Officer of MedPost Urgent Care, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, where he spent 4 years leading efforts for new center growth and retail site selection; facility design; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and center integrations. Under his leadership, MedPost grew from one center in Florida to 59 centers across 10 states. Prior to Tenet Healthcare, Stephen spent 4 years at Deloitte Consulting in their Strategy & Operations practice, focusing on Strategy and M&A across multiple industries including healthcare providers, life sciences, financial services, telecommunications and technology. Stephen received his B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Southern Methodist University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Vice President of Sales and Occupational Health Services

Fran joined CareSpot in March 2009 as director of sales and is responsible for the Occupational Health strategy and overseeing the daily functions of all sales and account management activity. Fran focuses on employers, creating a continuum of solutions for worker’s compensation, occupational medicine, health and wellness, and consulting services to reduce employer costs and risks. Prior to CareSpot, Fran was with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida as director of major/national accounts and spent nine years with the Kohler Company, taking on multiple assignments in the wholesale, retail and category management segments. He earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and his MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Kevin has over 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. He has expertise in supplier relationship management, operations, cost management, contracting, inventory management, and process improvement. He has served in supply chain leadership roles at Lexmark International, Renal Advantage, and Brookdale Senior Living. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Xavier University.

Ben Goodman

Ben has over 12 years of experience marketing multi-unit centers in both the QSR and healthcare industries. As Director of Marketing at Surgery Partners, he was responsible for growing surgery and visit volume through an integrated marketing approach for 100 surgery centers and 40 physician practices. He previously worked for CareSpot for three years, growing the brand in newly developed markets. Prior to joining CareSpot, Ben also worked with the Pizza Hut brand managing the marketing for over 330 locations across the Eastern United States. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Lipscomb University.

Keisha has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Nurse serving in various capacities including direct patient care, healthcare management, risk management, quality assessment and performance improvement as well as training and education. Prior to joining CareSpot in July 2012, Keisha spent six years as a Regional Quality Administrator at Renal Advantage, Inc. Keisha holds a Master of Business Administration with a Healthcare concentration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.

Susie Hardin

Susie has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. She gained much of her healthcare industry experience as vice president of human resources for Symbion Healthcare, providing guidance and leadership for more than 70 ambulatory surgery centers across 25 states. Her diverse background in human resources, labor relations, and risk management was established through manufacturing and municipal government roles with the City of Brentwood, OshKosh B’Gosh and Armira. Susie provides overall strategic human resources leadership to the company and its divisions; directs metric-based development and implementation of all HR policies, programs and services; and serves as an internal consultant to the company management team, supervisors and employees on issues that affect performance and business relationships. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Matthew Kitchin

Matthew has more than 17 years of healthcare information technology and management experience. Prior to joining CareSpot, he was the Data Center Director for DSI Renal in Nashville. He has also served as Data Center Operations Manager for Renal Care Group, a publicly held dialysis services provider in Nashville. Additionally, he has worked for National Nephrology Associates in Nashville and WebMD in Atlanta. Matthew earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Management Information systems from Auburn University.

Linda originally joined CareSpot in 2012 and was instrumental in building three markets as regional director for Nashville and Memphis, TN, and in Austin, TX. Linda managed the development of 17 locations from the ground up until CareSpot was purchased by USPI on January 1, 2016. After CareSpot began managing operations for MedPost Urgent Care, Linda held the position of regional director for the MedPost Atlanta and Memphis markets. Linda has a significant amount of multi-site healthcare operations experience and a significant amount of experience in training and organization development across many healthcare business lines including working with Gambro Healthcare and Renal Advantage in dialysis and with HCA in their Center for Health Studies. Linda received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wake Forest University, a Master of Arts degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University and an Educational Specialist degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University.

Shannone joined CareSpot in April 2017 as Sr. Managing Counsel and Corporate Secretary. As Senior Managing Counsel, Shannone is responsible for providing legal advice for all of the company’s strategic initiatives. Shannone also oversees the contract management and licensure team to ensure consistent legal guidance across all operational units. Shannone has over 15 years of healthcare legal experience. Prior to joining CareSpot, she served as Sr. Associate General Counsel for LifePoint Health. Before LifePoint, Shannone served as Sr. Operations Counsel for Community Health Systems. Shannone earned her Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.

Rich originally joined CareSpot in 2011 and has been instrumental in leading CareSpot operations in South Florida since that time. Rich has a significant amount of healthcare leadership experience, including Regional Administrator over multiple assisted living facilities over a nine-year period, Statewide Plan Director over Humana Medical’s managed care plan and Medicare home health agency for high-risk elderly population in Florida. Rich received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University.
