Service was simple and quick

Somewhat professional.., but I appreciate their promptness more so than anything else. The physicians assistant is efficient, knowledgeable and most definitely exhibiting professionalism. Very young, but enthusiastic in knowing her craft.

The staff has always been great. The service is top rate. The wait is very short if you have an appointment. If you do not it gets a little complicated but you will get seen, The locations are very convenient. The offices are spotless including the rest rooms. The price is very much in line with medical services in a doctors office. Most of all they always assist you in returning to good health. I have been going to care spot when my doctor is not available for many years and it’s comforting to know the best medical care is there when you are left to your own devices by your own family physician because of vacations or the dreaded “weekend” illness. If you can’t get sick Monday thru Friday, all is not lost! Thank you so much Care Spot

The individuals were polite, courteous, and service was quick. The wait was short. When I first arrived I had three questions: 1) Do you take my insurance (Tricare Prime)? 2) Do you have a radiologist here? and 3) How long is the wait? The receptionist I spoke with was not sure if accepted Prime so suggested I contact Tricare directly. Yes, there was a radiologist. The wait was one hour. I had previously stopped at CentraCare and they didn’t have a radiologist and one that did had a three to four hour wait. I believe it might have been one hour from the time I first arrived until I was seen. My wait in the car was a lot shorter then expected. My wait to actually see the PA was also short. I was not made to feel “less than” because I came in. I thought I might have jammed my finger but it turned out I fractured the tip of my finger.
