I loved the woman at the front desk! Her name was Willeta, I think. Anyway, she greeted every person who walked into the office as if they were her family. Her demeanor and words put everyone right at easy in an uneasy environment of patients waiting for long periods to see the doctor or get a test. I had the opportunity to watch her work for over and hour and she was simply amazing! I also loved the nurse and doctor who saw me. Even though they were clearly exhausted, they both took the time to talk to me as an individual while at the same time being very professional. I would love to have the doctor I saw be my personal physician.
