The medical assistant that attended us and the PA were very friendly and explained everything to us. The receptionist was not to friendly and I witnessed her being rude to staff. Other than that negative experience everything else was great.

Great customer service, returning my call from the call back list, promptly service from the waiting room, prescriptions was at pharmacy as it was told to me, The Doctor was the best to assure me everything is going to just fine! She was the best (Dunn Ave, Jacksonville florida, on Sat, July 31, 2021) Over all excellent service (10) to the highest!

We continue to be dismayed that [FIRST NAME REMOVED]’s Primary Care MD in Brea is unwilling to see more than a few patients a day since the pandemic and we have had to rely on MedPost/La Habra, for conditions that his MD should have been able to treat. This is the second time in three months that [FIRST NAME REMOVED] has had to come here and we are SO HAPPY with this site. [FIRST NAME REMOVED] was treated professionally and courteously, given information and medication (RX was sent to pharmacy of choice) and we are very pleased. We understand the wait times with as busy as this site is. We especially wanted to note how wonderful Lisa Kotler, PA is, you made a great decision bringing her on to this team! She was warm, knowledgeable and gave us great service. I do wish basic lab work was available at your sites. Your MD’s/PA’s would be able to quickly check on a lot of things I would imagine. We are very happy you are servicing the La Habra community. Thank you!

The staff were all wonderful. Intake went smoothly, Dr. Maurey was detailed and thorough, which led to an x-ray and a diagnosis. I completed my Rx and made a follow-up with my PCP. I’m still clearing out my lungs; but I’m much better than I was when I was seen. Care Spot was a great option for me and for my family.
