Walk in’s welcomed. Even though it could be a several hour wait. What I didn’t like was a call came from Knoxville, TN instead of the area code I live in. I almost didn’t pay attention to it, but went inside to double check it was from that office, and it was, However, after waiting 3 hours I almost missed the appointment because I didn’t recognize the area code. I mentioned that to the nurse who was over seeing my treatment and she said they called my name and if I hadn’t come in when I did, I wouldn’t be seen. I was in my car in their parking lot when this happened. I would have been SO mad. They should let people know the area code would be different.

The care and service that I received from Doctor Zaher Elmir were what I believe I would have received at the most prestigious hospital in the country, actually even better. He listened to my complaints and addressed each one completely. This wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and highly intelligent doctor took care of me as if I were the only patient there. I saw him treat everyone with patience and respect, including the staff. I already feel so much better. What a gem!!! Wish I could clone him. CareSpot and doctor Elmir, thank you for your excellent services

Dr Josh had fantastic bed side manner. He was very professional. My husband and I gave both been sick with some respiratory issue (not COVID) and Dr Josh took great care to determine what we needed.

I was very impressed with the check in associate who helped me, the nurse who took all my vitals and X Ray, and the doctor was very personable and awesome as well. The whole process was very great!!
