Medical staff is professional and friendly, although there was a wait I was allowed to wait in my car which I appreciate and I was called back in when they were ready for me. I saw the PA who addressed my concerns promptly and prescribed the necessary medication to get me on the road to recovery.

Friendly staff. I scheduled a place in line and was seen not long after my scheduled time. All members who assisted me were friendly and timely. During check in, I opted for the option to wait in my car for a phone call once the staff was ready to assist me. Because I had a scheduled time, I was literally in and out once I was called.

Front desk associate greeted me warmly & processed my info in an efficient & timely manner. I was seen in 50 minutes- I had an appointment & the office was very busy. I was taken care of very compassionately & the Nurse Practitioner was great- very knowledgeable, & kind. I am awaiting lab results that are to be ready by today but the lab has not sent results yet to the clinic & the web site will not accept my info -to create an account – carespot.com is supposed to be the fast way to find lab results …( per ph instructions that I received when I called cate spot for my results)
