The young man at the front desk checking people in was very patient even though they were overwhelmed buy a constant flow of patients coming through the door. I never got his name but he was at the right hand side of the counter. PA Natalie was fantastic and took care of my needs precisely. She had many patients in fact, too many. I appreciate Baptist care spot but you need more actual medical people to take care of the vast needs of the community. Thank you!
