The staff is lovely, caring, and helpful. I made appointments ahead online and didn’t have to wait long upon arrival. Overall, a very pleasant environment. I had great experiences at both of my visits.

The only reason I didn’t rate a 10 is because I had an appointment that ended up being rescheduled after I had already showed up at the clinic. They were running behind due to sick walk-ins so I can’t really fault them for that. I would have appreciated a text or call giving me an update and the option to reschedule before I drove over there, though. The person at reception was very helpful about rescheduling us for first thing the next morning. The whole staff was pleasant and professional when we returned. They let me know the charges up front and broke everything down for me prior to payment. The MA and PA were friendly and put my son at ease during the exam. The office was very clean and they seem to be adhering strictly to covid protocols, which I really appreciated. I wasn’t thrilled about having to go into any medical facility in the midst of this surge, so it was good to see how seriously they approached hygiene. All in all it was a positive experience and I hope the employees stay healthy!
