Customer service was awesome and when I returned for my appt, I checked in and was called back right away. My test was performed right away but had to wait a while for the doctor to come n talk to me. He was pleasant and very thorough.

I’m an out of towner visiting family. Something came up where I needed a doctor, so I visited carespot. The staff and doctor where professional and I felt at home with the care I received. This is definitely a go to place when an ER is just not what you need.

Every staff person treated me with kindness, consideration, & respect. I was thoroughly questioned about my issues & current medications, examined, then prescribed the appropriate medications. Directions were given to me verbally & on discharge paperwork. I am recovering well, & am most grateful for Med Post staff.
