Person at the desk was honest with me about the wait time. Even though I had an appointment she let me know that they were running behind and my wait could be an hour. I was there because I wasn’t feeling well, since I lived near by I asked if I left and came back in about 45 minutes would that be ok. She said it would. I left and came back, I was ushered in just as I walked in the door. It was so nice to be told exactly what’s going on.
