I always thought an urgent care was fcfs. I don’t like having to make an appointment. It’s a semi emergency and I had to go to several urgent care places to find this. Having to sit outside and wait is very impersonal. I get it COVID- whatever we’re there cuz we’re sick anyway. I did like all the staff and I had to call back about an issue and they took care of it and Dr? McCormick (so) was very patient and reassuring when I had to call a 3rd time. That’d be the main reason I’d go back.

I have always recieve good service here. I recommend makeing a early morning appointment the afternoon appointments are never on time some times as in this csse hours wait after your appointment time.
