The doctor I saw was awesome. He listened to me and was considerate of some recent tests I had done which led me to think I had a sinus infection in the first place. Dr. Foster (I think that was his name) was thorough, kind and detailed. He wrote out a list of post visit treatment and what I could take if I needed to. That was the icing on the cake!

Everyone was awesome! Great people, great smiles. But the lady that checked me in was the best. Was there as a walk in, had plenty of time to observe she and the guy that was there never lost there cool. Was some pretty irate people coming in as walk ins and getting mad. It was so refreshing to actually be some place and not have to deal with employees bad attitude. All the employees there that I dealt with were great but those two just stood out above the rest. Thanks for the great experience! If I’m ever back in Jacksonville and have the need, I know where I’m going.

This was my first visit to this Urgent Care. The place was very clean. All the employees were friendly, courteous and professional.
