Your doctors communicate well and are very friendly. The front office people are not at the same level but they are okay. All In all, I felt I got what I needed in a timely fashion.

From start to finish this experience was top notch! The online scheduling of the appointment was easy and convenient. Correspondence was clear and confirmed. Front desk representative was ABSOLUTELY amazing and information. She was a real delight within a worrisome time. Customer service is top notch. The 1st medical aide that took my daughter’s height and weight was pleasant and efficient. The medical advisor who conducted my daughter’s COVID test was gentle, yet knowledgeable and skilled at getting the nasal swab done accurately.
