Staff is professional and friendly, open and ready to listen to what you are feeling (symptom wise) in addition to things like strees which can make some things worse. They are efficient and proactive in their recommendations to get you feeling back to normal. This is now my go to place for emergencies and have already recommended them to friends.

I was treated with professional kindness, respect, & courtesy throughout my entire interactions with the staff at CareSpot. I’m a retired nurse, which they were unaware of until the end of my apt. Procedures were explained; I was offered assistance due to my difficulties; I was appropriately examined with findings explained. I was very pleased!! I was given printed instructions. Being ill & elderly, my memory isn’t the best. I’m thankful I went to CareSpot for a CoVid test & illness assessment. I wish to express my appreciation for their kind professional staff!!
