The scheduling was very convenient. There weren’t a lot of people in the waiting area. The provider and staff were all very nice and knowledgeable.

The doctor and the PA were professional, made me feel comfortable and listened. The receptionist was professional and friendly as well. My only complaint is an hour wait. 11:45am appointment and doctor didn’t see me until an hour later.

I liked the option of being able to leave the premises and come back for the appointmenet with a phone call.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were amazing!!! The front desk person was not very welcoming and stated they do not accept walk ins however, it is advertised every where that you do and staff had said it. I think the clinic need to be on the same page when it comes to policy and procedure. Overall, I am happy with outcome!
