Katherine at the desk made the check in easy, including when I telephoned to see if I could walk in, updating my insurance and she was very welcoming. The waiting room wasn’t crowded and the AC wasn’t too cold. Everyone was masked. Michelle the nurse was very thorough in getting my vitals and getting details on my reason for coming in. Rebecca the PA had read all the notes I gave Michelle and understood immediately what I had and needed. She listened to my heart and breathing and sent my prescription electronically. Thank you for a well run, well staffed and safe feeling healthcare facility.
