Friendly, not long wait time, make appointment online.

The Doctor/Physician Assistant (gentleman who worked Saturday around 6:30pm) really listened to my symptoms and what was hurting (my right ear) He looked in my ear and observed what he saw and explained it well to me. I am impressed when a doctor actually listens to what my symptoms are…most docs are too much in a hurry to listen. He was kind and patient and smart . The person that answered the phone the day before , actually answered the phone right away , instead of having to wait for a long time on hold. And she said they were booked that day but nicely told me she could book an appt for me for the next day. I think her name was Latisia.

First time I take my 4 year old son. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment we left, everyone was very friendly. Great customer service all around. NP, Vanessa was very nice and patient with my son, and very polite and informative with me. Clean environment.

Travis the nurse practitioner was kind and thorough. He helped treat my condition. He explained everything. Hope the MA was very nice. The front desk Julie was welcoming.
