The wait was a bit long, but I understand that the office was understaffed that day. Even though those on the duty were clearly tired, they were friendly, professional, and warm. The doctor, Jenna, was relatable and took my concerns seriously instead of just spouting rote “doctor speak.” I was impressed and pleasantly surprised.

I was able to get in w an apt 1.5 hours after I called. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
