The place is just the best in town I’ve been there twice already and will not go anywhere else! The place is immaculate, the staff is fenominal, the doctors are amazing and thorough I would not go anywhere else I this erea! And I’m from Orlando I’m so glad I came here and will continue to while I live in I’m in Pompano Beach! They great you right away and so friendly and nice. It’s a wonderful place! They honor appointments so no wait time. Labs done on site prescriptions given and most problems resolved outside of the ER. Staff is always so polite

Easy to schedule an appointment. Friendly staff from the front desk, to the nurse, to the PA. I felt welcome, and my health concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. I should have come here the first time! (Long story short-went to a different urgent care for a very painful double ear infection. They forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy which was right across the street and closed while I was waiting with no way to contact them once we realized they didn’t send it so I had to wait until well into the next day to get a hold of them. The antibiotic prescribed didn’t work so I came to Carespot.) So thankful for her knowledge and getting me on the right medicine. Feeling so much better!
