The whole staff is very nice and helpful from the moment you walk into the office. The wait is a little exhausting even if you have an appointment but they’re very helpful.

Could make an appointment for the same day. Was seen within 15 mins of scheduled appt. The PA was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Got Strepp and Covid tests done on premises. Got the antibiotic needed.

The care spot on 39th&43th are Fast & Friendly service. Very knowledgeable. The care spot on Archer Rd. Very friendly. But the receptionist asks you may she help you soon as you walk in the door you walk in the door don’t give you time to clean your hand or walk up to the counter. I had an 11:00 but I got there about 10:40. Didn’t see the nurse until 11:30 people that had 11:45 and 12:00 appointment went before I did. That suck.
