Service was quick, professional and polite

The staff was very kind and efficient. I came in for an ear infection I had been treating at home. My ear was so swollen that I couldn’t close my jaw. After the compassion and knowledge displayed by the provider, I felt confident that I’d be feeling better soon. Not even 2 days later (after following her instructions) and I can close my jaw again! First time in a week. I wish I could remember her name, because I am so grateful for her care. I always have a good experience here, but this visit was above and beyond. I didn’t wait long and was treated with kindness and respect through my entire visit. Thank you so much!!!

My family have been going to Care Spot on Hodges for a couple years now. The front staff is very kind & helpful. Dr Thorpe has great bedside manner and I like his pragmatic approach to medicine. The nurses are very efficient. What’s not to like?
