Nice customer service

Totally professional, from when I made the appointment for a Covid test with the receptionist, to the medical assistant, taking vitals, history and doing the actual test, and finally, to the nurse practicioner. All were kind, efficient, and thorough. Very impressive. I was especially nervous because even though I am fully vaccinated, I had been exposed to a Covid positive person who stayed at our house for 4 days (who didn’t know she was positive because she was also fully vaccinated) and I had Covid-like symptoms after she left. The office called today. Negative. Thanks.

The doctor had a great bedside manner and was a good listener and put me at ease. It was so easy to make an appointment and not have to wait too long. When I called for imaging results the doctor got right on the phone to answer my questions.
