Very polite staff, and very clean offices.

I have been going to this carespot since it open. Doctor was very polite and helpful. I had never had any problem. But I did notice something that I was not too happy. The front desk staff seem to be a bit selected on how they ask patient when they walk in about the mask policy. I walk in with no mask but know the drill and went straight to put one on and sanitize my hands. One staff COMMENDED that I MUST put on a new mask and sanitize my hand? Really? Another customer gave right after me with their own mask and tone of voice was different and did not enforce the customer to put on a new clean mask as the policy say? They kept their personal mask own. Third customer came and tone of voice was very different as well. But they follow instruction and remove their mask and put on a clean one. Please treat everyone the same.

I could make an appointment time online. We did not have to wait that long at all. Over all we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

All of the team are very friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment, but my wait time was not long at all. I also like that the facility is very clean and welcoming. I did have a problem in that a urine sample was taken but somehow became contaminated so was useless. Also, on the follow up call I was told to finish the antibiotics if I still had some, but had not been given any at my visit. This was my third visit and I appreciate having this service so readily available.
