I love the “save your spot” in line feature. After contacting another location and being told this feature wasn’t available and that their next appointment was 3 hours later, I looked up the Apopka location and was thankfully able to successfully save a spot. This put my child in line at about the same time we would be arriving. The staff was great with my 6 year old who was visibly struggling. Every single employee that we saw including the nurse and physicians assistant were great with her, but HUGE shout out to Denise for being especially soft spoken and warm with my daughter! I know this isn’t a pediatric facility, but not one person made my child feel uncomfortable or unheard. You all made this a very smooth process. I also appreciate the speed in which we were seen and that a prescription was able to be submitted quickly. Thank you all!
