Great customer service! The radiology technician Donovan waited for us to do the chest x-ray of my daughter. He was supposed to go home at 5pm but he stayed until we are seen! What an amazing patient care. The office Manager was gracious assisting us and everyone in the lobby. They are an asset at ORMC!Thank you both for doing the extra mile in your job. I know sometimes it is easier to just do the short cuts but you didn’t chose to do so.The [LAST NAME REMOVED].

I like your convenience to my house and how you helped my injured daughter in April of 2020. I did not like this visit how I scheduled a Covid test and I put in the notes all I needed was a test and when I got there and was taken to the back the employees were starting to take vitals and all normal visit stats. I asked if this was an office visit and they said yes, they said the girl up front should have told me and she never did. She in fact when I went in the back still had my ID and insurance card. When they walked me back out and asked her about costs she said it would be an office visit. I decided to go to another testing site where I can get the test I was looking for.

Staff so extremely friendly, girls up front handling calls and customers non stop. Just please advise patients with appointments you are in for a long wait. I highly recommend the entire staff as they are all friendly and helpful.
