The PA and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would send friends there. They are obviously understaffed and should be given the help they need to do their job. The wait is long and I see why. There is a great need for their help and it is obvious that they are doing the best with what they have. But those of us with eyes can see they are severely understaffed.
