We always get an appointment quickly and never have to wait more than a few minutes. The staff and providers are always terrific with my daughter. It’s so nice having this option close to home.

I made an appt and got in quickly. Not a long waiting time. The receptionist was very polite and considerate. I hurt my leg and couldn’t walk easily and she came to me in the chair with my ID, insurance card and the iPad when it was time. Also she put extra effort to clear the chairs and asked whoever was able to wait in their cars so that I would have a place to sit. Great job! She was excellent. I wish I had gotten her name.

To start I made my appointment at the Normandy location. I was promptly called, and told that location was closed due to maintenance issues, and given a time for a different location that actually worked better for me. From start to finish my appointment ran smoothly. All staff, front office and back office, were friendly and professional. X-ray results were quick, and I crutched out with the proper DME. Will definitely return for future urgent care needs, and recommended to others.
