Well, the front staff are stellar. You couldn’t ask for people to be more welcoming. The nursing staff are very nice. I’ve seen the P.A. Stephanie 3 times and she is great. The physician was unfriendly and acted as if she’s rather be anywhere than where she was. But I figured she had problems that made it impossible for her to smile or have any bedside manner. She prescribed the right medicines and I guess that’s what she’s there for. Not to make friends!! Otherwise Care Spot is the only Urgent Care I use and I’m here 6 mos a year. Thank all of you who have been kind when I felt unwell.

It was a smooth process from beginning to end. The staff was helpful and clear with their commands and requests from the patient. My son was seen quickly and there was not waste of time – especially on a Sunday.
