Your staff was knowledgeable, respectful and interested in my care. That’s saying a lot for the greater Los Angeles area where so very many people live and need services. This was the second time I came for assistance. I did not leave feedback the first time, but I came back because the experience was similar to this one.

Although I walked in with no appointment the wait wasn’t that bad. I also admired the receptionist’s ability to handle people that were frustrated with their wait time. She knew how not to escalate.
