The Medical Assistant was kind, friendly, and very professional. The ARNP was also very considerate to my teenage daughter need for privacy. I appreciated that very much.

Excellent care ALWAYS! From the moment I check in with the front desk lady, to the young man who took me back to check vitals, to the physician/PA (?) not sure her title. Complete satisfaction, personable, respectful. Asked if I had any other questions before she left the room. Very professional. Gratitude for a positive experience with every staff I had contact with. All of the staff–front desk person, MA, NP–with which I interacted on the evening of 6/15 were efficient, pleasant and capable. I do have to especially compliment the front desk person that night. I wish I had gotten her name but I felt so bad I just left after being seen and checking out. I am sure you could determine who it was on the schedule for that job function that night though. She was exceptional–efficient, patient with the people in the waiting room who needed assistance, had a sense of humor. She was a real gem.
