Everyone was very friendly . It’s good to find people who act like the care about you . When your old and not well , and your treated like a statistic with a cold impersonal attitude it makes your situation worse. It’s just nice to find a friendly face and treated like someone really cares. It was a good experience.

Caleb the receptionist was amazing, kept everyone calm in the lobby! i didn’t get my rns name but she kept me calm and made me laugh when i felt like shit! and the dr on staff that day listened to me and to how i felt and was able to get me treated quickly. 12/10 experience especially since there was only them 3 working the whole entire urgent care, they were killing it

After an appointment with phone Doc, an emergency room visit which was very helpful, I was desperate for some real medical attention with a physician. I called care Spot, booked an appointment for the same day, and was take care of immediately. I competed all the necessary paperwork, was seen by a nurse to check my blood pressure and weight, then seen by the physician. The physician was professional, a great listener, and provided the necessary scripts to resolve the problem. My upper respiratory infection is now 80% better, and am looking forward to feeling 100% soon. I highly recommend CareSpot to anyone seeking medical attention, even if you already have a primary care physician. Do not hesitate to seek their assistance under any circumstance, they will help you.
