Fast and good care and friendly

I went in to have an employment drug screen. Since the day I set my appointment with the young lady on the phone all the way to the day of my appointment with the lab tech James. They were both friendly. They explained exactly what steps I need to take from filling out paper work to what amount to pee in the cup. They are great, respectful and friendly employees.

Although I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen rather quickly. Also, when they referred me to the emergency room instead, they recommended the new Ascension / St. Vincent’s Emergency on Monument Road, another good choice and I appreciated the suggestion.

I had a very painful ear infection. I was able to walk in right after I got out from work. The process in general was very fast. I did have trouble with my insurance (insurance at fault), but decided to pay full because it was urgent and the front desk employee was very welcoming and patient. Nurse was great, very friendly as well. The doctor was also great, he explained everything very thoroughly and had me out of there quick. He also made sure my pharmacy visit was easy and affordable. Since my insurance was giving me trouble, I was very grateful for his recommendations. I will definitely be recommending this Urgent Care to co-workers and friends.
