First of all, it was easy to make an appointment online instead of having to take your chances and just walk in and get in line. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a friendly and knowlegable receptionist that promptly got me signed in. I was in the examining room within 10 minutes of arrival including the triage “pre-screening”. After examination the attending physician explained my injury and the diagnosis in laymans terms that were easy to understand. The most amazing thing though was the fact that my prescriptions were called in to the CORRECT pharmacy that I had requested. I WILL BE BACK, but hopefully not real soon.

Available. They do need more personnel. There were only two people in the lobby including me and I had to wait 45 minutes.
