The receptionist, nurse, and the doctor were extremely supportive, friendly, professional. Was very appreciative and thankful there was a doctor working on Friday. Other urgent cares either never called me back when I tried to make an appointment or told me a doctor was not in. Also appreciated that the lady on the phone let me come in immediately rather than waiting until my appointment time when she learned of my situation.
